Docteur en ingénierie de l'Universidad Industrial de Santander (2021), où sa thèse portait sur la planification des micro-réseaux isolés — dimensionnement, répartition, gestion de la demande et tarification. Chercheur au Laboratoire des technologies de l'énergie d'Hydro-Québec et professeur associé au LIREI, il travaille sur les marchés d'énergie, les politiques et tarifs énergétiques, les micro-réseaux et les stratégies de gestion de la demande.
